YOUR NEW FAVOURITE MEATBALLS
Say hello to our newest menu item, the humble meatball. We’ve done our best to make this as decadent and delicious as we can, using Ennis Butcher’s pork and beef mince, Italian plum tomatoes and Italian Montepulciano for that deep richness. A 4hr sauce is made better by braising the sealed meatballs in it for another hour, before serving under a blanket of 24 month aged parmesan and basil. Served with Tartine sourdough.
